Commercial property brand
Raiffeisen, Austria’s biggest banking group, needed a marketing brand for part of their property investment portfolio, a stylised 1970s office refurbishment in the western Paris suburb of Nanterre.
Located near to the business hub of La Défense but in a less prestigious neighbourhood, a simple, singular tone of voice was very important in managing expectations and delivering the message consistently in both French and English.
The look and feel takes inspiration from the shadows and curves of the external architecture. The brand language translates directly into the environment including interior furnishing and directional signage.
